Kongur Tobe Feng is the second highest peak in the West Kunlun Mountains. Because the mountain top is covered with snow all the year round, just like the hat on the head of herdsmen, the local herdsmen call it "Kongur Tobe", which means "white hat". Because its height is a little lower than Gonger peak, it is also called "xiaogonger", but its mountain topography is no less than Gonger peak.
