Karakul Lake
There are many snowy mountains and glaciers around Karakul lake, with Mt. mostag in the South and Gongge in the northeast. It is the base for climbing Mt. mostag. National Highway 314 passes the West Bank of the lake. The lakeside is the grassland of Kirgiz people.
