The Jinsha River Grand Bend is located at the junction of Benzilan Town in Deqin County, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province and Zigeng Township in Derong County, Sichuan Province. It is a huge bend formed by the Jinsha River passing through the canyon.

This is a stunning natural landscape. When I first saw it, endless awe surged in my heart. The river turns sharply here, forming a huge arc, like a giant dragon winding past.

Compared with other major bends in rivers, the uniqueness of the Jinsha River major bend lies in its perfect symmetry on both sides, like a huge Ω embedded in a canyon. This beauty of symmetry is undoubtedly a unique gift bestowed upon this land by nature.

I strolled along the observation deck, admiring the magnificent scenery. The river rushes down with a majestic momentum, splashing with water. The steep cliffs on both sides of the riverbank bear witness to the vicissitudes of time. The formation of the Great Bend is the result of the interaction between the river and the terrain, and it is also a masterpiece of nature.
